My latest Always Growing person, for the first time, since I started this feature 18 months ago, is a male! 

I met Ty in an international networking group last year, & we Zoom bonded over who had the bigger coffee mug. He is the mastermind behind Cosmic Copy & Marketing.

What I like most about Ty is how present he is for his wife and two young children. In fact, he began his soulful entrepreneurial journey because he wanted to spend more time with them. He’s empathetic, ethical, honest, AND has the best dad jokes around.

Why he started his business…

“I started my business for two main reasons. One to be there for my two young children in their formative years. Two, to create something that is mine where I am the decision maker get to choose the direction I go in. As well I want to help other entrepreneurs reach their target audience with ads and email marketing.”

If he had an entire day to himself…

“An entire day would be having my favourite breakfast of French Toast, and enjoy pour-over coffee. Taking a bike ride in the morning and enjoying the scenery by the river in our city, then grab lunch somewhere and head back home, and relax on the couch with a book or watch a movie.”

 What makes him push through in his business when he feels overwhelmed…

“When I’m overwhelmed in my business, I push through by taking a step back and looking at the whole picture of things. It may seem counter intuitive, but sometimes you need to look at everything or take a break entirely.”

When I asked him the last thing he did for the first time – he told me, “learning how to sew up a hole in a stuffed animal for my daughter.”
