From the constant demands
on your time.

From the noise of
everyone else’s opinions.

From the version of leadership that leaves no room for you.

From the constant demands on your time.
ßFrom the version of leadership that leaves no room for you.

Momentum is an in-person strategy experience for women who are ready to give their nonprofit the focused attention it deserves and walk away with a clear, executable plan built around their vision, their capacity, and their life.

Two days in person to map the structure of your nonprofit, design your programs or events, and take action on your plans in ways that fit your life.

WHERE: California Wine Country
WHAT: Two focused days
ENERGY: Private, strategic, deeply thoughtful

Book a 30-minute call, and we’ll decide if this is the right fit for you.

Momentum is not for you if:

  • You want to be told what to do, instead of bringing your own vision, ideas, and input
  • You don’t plan on launching your nonprofit in 2026
  • You’re looking for information without the intention of moving forward
  • You don’t have a mission that keeps you up at night

Momentum is for you if:

  • You’ve been donating to causes you care about and feel called to deeper impact
  • You’re building (or preparing to build) a nonprofit and want to do it intentionally
  • You want time away from daily responsibilities to focus without interruption
  • You value open conversation and can handle honest feedback
  • You understand a nonprofit needs to run as a smart business
  • You’re done researching and ready to build
  • You’re willing to invest in the strategy it takes to do this right

You want more visibility,
but you’re already stretched thin.

We make visibility decisions you can sustain. Not a content calendar that makes you want to quit. A plan for getting your mission in front of the right people without adding another full-time job to your plate.

Everything feels urgent and you can’t tell what matters most.

We identify what matters in the short term and what can wait.
You stop spinning on twenty things and start moving on the three that will create the most momentum. That’s how the name stuck.

You leave Momentum with a plan you trust.

Not a brainstorm. Not a list of ideas. A strategic plan that’s grounded in your life, your resources, and your timeline. A plan that makes you stop second-guessing and start moving.

A strategic plan that’s grounded in your life,
your resources, and
your timeline.

A plan that makes you
stop second-guessing
and start moving.

What We Work On Together

Every woman who comes to Momentum is carrying a different version of the same five problems.
If one of these is louder than the rest, that’s where we focus.
But most of the time, we work through all of them.

Your nonprofit isn’t your only obligation.
And it’s all become a lot to carry.

We clarify the role your nonprofit plays in your life and work. Where it fits.
What it needs from you right now. And what it doesn’t. You stop trying to be everything to everyone and start leading from a place that’s sustainable.

You have ideas for programs and events, but the last one felt like a two-month panic attack.

We design programs or events aligned with your capacity and goals.
Not the version that sounds impressive on paper. The version you can run without losing your mind. We build it so it doesn’t consume you.

You know you need funding, but you’re not sure which path makes sense for where you are.

We look at every option and decide on the funding paths that fit right now. Not the ones you’ll grow into in three years. The ones that move the needle this year. Corporate sponsors, grants, individual donors, partnerships.
We pick the right doors to knock on first.

Momentum exists because the work you care about most doesn’t get built in between meetings, carpools, or late-night notes on your phone.

It gets built when you give yourself uninterrupted space to think, decide, and move without having to explain yourself to anyone.

Momentum is not a workshop. It’s a customized experience where you will:
  • Map the full structure of your nonprofit, so it stops living in your head and starts existing in the world.
  • Step into the identity of the founder and leader you already are.
  • Leave knowing your nonprofit is no longer an idea. It’s a plan in motion.

What Momentum is Like

You arrive in California Wine Country and, for the first time in a while, nothing is being asked of you.

You’re not managing anyone else’s schedule.
You’re not putting out fires.
You’re not squeezing this work into the margins of your to-do list.

For two immersive days, we focus entirely on your nonprofit. What you’re building, why it matters, and how you want it to exist in the world.

There is space for conversation.
Space for whiteboards and decisions.
Space to slow down enough to move forward with intention.

And yes, space for wine, laughter, and the kind of conversation that only happens when two smart women sit down and get to work.

They leave knowing:

  • The ins and outs of the nonprofit they’re building, so it’s no longer a dream living in their head but an organization they are now leading
  • Their six-month action plan, so they know the first, second, and third moves to make when they get home
  • What no longer needs their attention, so they can stop carrying the weight of the world and start changing it
  • That the woman who boarded the flight home is not the same one who arrived

Women arrive at Momentum carrying excitement and responsibility.

On the flight, there are often the quiet questions familiar to women who have both responsibility and a big vision:
Is this the right time? Am I allowed to step away for this?

By the end of our time together, that noise has settled.
They leave with clarity. Knowing that the right decisions were made.

How Women Arrive — and How They Leave

Why Momentum Works
Your nonprofit deserves your full attention. Not the scraps of it. Not the version of you that shows up after a full day of running everything else.

Momentum creates a contained environment where you step out of urgency and into intention. Where your nonprofit gets your full attention without pressure. Where you have the focus to think, the support to decide, and the space to lead.

So Why Me?

I got my Master’s in Education, ready to help students, and it took about two months into teaching to realize the biggest impact I could make wasn’t in a classroom. It was in advocacy. In the rooms where decisions are made and funding is allocated.

So I went to work for a nonprofit. I sat on nonprofit Boards. I learned how it all works from the inside. And now I help women with big hearts and serious drive create change in their communities.

I love strategy. I love watching all the pieces come together. And I love being the person across the table when a woman finally sees how her vision becomes a plan.

I’m fun, snarky, and a double Scorpio. I won’t let you play small, and I won’t let you take yourself so seriously that you forget to enjoy the ride.

So come on. Let’s get to it.

So come on.
Let’s get to it.

The Destination

I live on California’s Central Coast. Ocean, mountains, wine.
When you come to me, you get out of your routine and into a place where you can breathe and focus. That’s the point.

Included in this experience:
  • Two full days of private 1:1 strategy with Lisa
  • Your nonprofit blueprint, brainstormed and mapped using Human-Centered Design (a concept that focuses on what your end-users actually need)
  • A six-month implementation roadmap so you know your first, second, and third moves for impact

The investment: $5,000

Accommodations are not included, but when you book I’ll send you my personal list of favorite hotels, BnBs, and Airbnbs in the area. Whichever you choose, you’ll wake up in wine country.

This is Your Initiation

Not someday. Not when things slow down.
Not when you feel ready. Now.

You take two days to step away and decide.
You leave with the plan, the clarity, and the confidence to lead the organization
you’ve been carrying in your heart.

If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to give your nonprofit your full attention, this is it.

This is where it begins.

Not someday.
Not when things slow down.
Not when you feel ready. Now.

You take two days to step away and decide. You leave with the plan, the clarity, and the confidence to lead the organization you’ve been carrying in your heart.
